Very clean and spacious unlike other boutique hotels in Bangkok which are very small.

Facilities are new. Staff is helpful. Location is centrally

Very clean and easy to access using grab.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location, about 15 minutes walk from the Phaya Thai BTS station and access to lots of local buses. The staff were pleasant and moved us to a different room when we complained about the smell in the first room.

Noisy ! Can not sleep, no clean room, no water, no change tower
